so, i've been dying to try out gena of 'choosing raw's' banana soft serve 'ice cream' for a while now....and i did. the link is below, but as you'll see, there really is no recipe.
basically, you freeze a couple bananas (i did 3), and then you put them in the food processor for 4-5 minutes...and...that's supposedly it. let's try it out, shall we?

here they are featured in little chunks!
and suddenly (ignore the terrible flash), a few minutes later, it looks just like ice cream!

magical!
finished product, drizzled with a little agave. this is also my first experience with agave, which i bought from trader joe's. i have decided it really does taste pretty much exactly like honey, but that i wish it wasn't so expensive.
